"When we decided to sell our home, we wanted to find one of the busiest and best-known realtors in town to help us. That person was Paula Jones. I called her one day to get on her schedule and she made an appointment to come by the very next day. She toured the house and made excellent suggestions about just how to best stage our house and then left it to us to call her again when we felt we were ready. When I made that call several months later, she made an appointment, again, for the very next day, brought all the necessary paperwork to sign, toured our home again, and made a few slight adjustments to better show off the strengths of our home. We had already moved to our new location. The house was beautifully photographed and placed on the website and traffic began immediately. An open house was scheduled within a few weeks creating more traffic. I was kept informed about showings which I appreciated. When the house had been on the market for about 8 weeks, Paula called and visited with me about the good traffic and no offers and asked us to consider lowering the price some and we agreed. We had a full-price contract on the house 4 days later. 4 days! This realtor knows her stuff! She knew just how long to wait and when to make a change. 4 days! We were so, so pleased. We could not have found a more knowledgeable, more pleasant, or more energetic representative. We chose well."
